Although I will always be an Occupational Therapist my passion now is Craniosacral Therapy. It has changed my life and I encourage others to try it and see if they may find a similar experience. Craniosacral Therapy works on releasing restrictions in the central nervous system through gentle touch to facilitate the flow of the cerebral spinal fluid. This work can help both physical and emotional concerns in children and adults.
As an Occupational Therapist since 1977, a Reiki Master since 2000 and a CranioSacral Therapist since 2008, I offer a holistic approach to helping people become more connected with their bodies. Craniosacral Therapy is especially beneficial for any problems including headaches, neck and back pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, brain injuries, orthopedic issues, learning disabilities, sensory integration limitations, TMJ syndrome and any disorders related to the central nervous system.
I moved to Saratoga Springs from Cold Spring, NY in 2009. I was previously working privately as an OT with children in Cold Spring and in Ossining, NY as a CranioSacral Therapist. As an OT I often integrated Craniosacral Therapy into my work with children who had special needs. Assisting parents and teachers in understanding and using some basic craniosacral techniques is an important aspect of my work.
Craniosacral Therapy sessions are $75 for 60-75 min.
30-45 min. sessions are available for children at rates equal to the time
30 min. - $50
45 min. - $60
Adult sessions are recommended for the 60-75 min.
I am currently seeing clients at: A Peaceful Place in Clifton Park, True North in Glens Falls, home visits and in my home in Saratoga Springs.
