As an Occupational Therapist since 1977, a Reiki Master since 2000 and a Craniosacral Therapist since 2008, I offer a holistic approach to helping people become more connected with their bodies. Craniosacral Therapy is especially beneficial for any problems including headaches, neck and back pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, brain injuries, orthopedic issues, learning disabilities, sensory integration limitations, TMJ syndrome, depression, tinnitis and any disorders related to the central nervous system.
Craniosacral Therapy was developed by cranial osteopaths who became very interested in the fluid body and how it affects the musculoskeletal and central nervous system. As an OT I became interested in the work because I felt it could help my clients most of whom were children with disabilities. I discovered that it could also help me with a neck problem with symptoms of stiffness and pain.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is the type of bodywork that I feel can be of the most benefit to the most people. It is gentle enough to use with both newborns and the elderly but dynamic enough so that it can help issues such as migraines and birth trama. Biodynamic work can help the body return to its earliest memories of being a new life in utero and developing every system in the body without restrictions. A biodynamic session can provide deep relaxation and release of both physical and emotional concerns.
Craniosacral Therapy sessions are available at The Body's Rhythm in the Feneex Center at 30 Beekman Street, Saratoga Springs and at A Peaceful Place- Massage and Wellness in the D&G Village, Clifton Park.
Craniosacral Therapy sessions are $85 for 60-75 min.
30-45 min. sessions are available for children birth - 16 years
30 min. - $60 45 min. - $70

Any client who purchases a package of 6 or more sessions will receive one additional craniosacral session for free.
