Mission Statement

Wolfepack Training is a personal and online fitness training service that integrates leadership development with physical exercise. Wolfepack offers an array of strength training and weight loss programs for all people at different fitness levels. By engaging with sustainable and tailored one on one training programs, as well as group sessions, individuals learn how to awaken to their own heroic journey in life and approach total wellness by using humanistic practices that are physically empowering, emotionally nourishing and spiritually sound.

Vision

David Wolfe is a visionary leader and critical educator. By employing various training approaches for physical fitness and leadership development education, an individual learns to cultivate courage, psychological order and a sense for reality and existential meaningfulness. At Wolfepack Training, the physical realm serves as the platform and catalyst for understanding the interconnectedness of the body, emotions and spirit. This blueprint for living in total wellness is not myth...it involves teaching and learning about self-actualization; it involves creating critical dialogues that support and guide human evolution; it involves the practice of taking the journey back to the body, back to the breath where everything begins.
