“Recently, I had the opportunity to learn West Coast Swing Dance. Little did I know the class was not for beginners but all the people had been dancing for years. I had to let my body do the dancing, become flexible and listen carefully to the leaders. Susan Cuda taught me so much about my body and how to allow it to be flexible, connected and free to move. If the leader knew what they were doing I looked like I had been dancing for years, it was a magical and fun evening of dance, thank you, Susan, for my new body awareness.” — Brenda S.

“I would recommend Matt to anyone who would like to expand their yoga experience. I have been practicing yoga for at least 10 years and taken Matt's class regularly for the last 3 years. Matt's class is consistently the perfect balance of effort & release. He seems to be intuitive to what the class as a whole needs and is able to accommodate both beginners & those with more experience. Matt is capable of providing accurate adjustments if they are wanted. He is a knowledgeable instructor and is very sincere in his teaching.” — Jayne Bassett, Saratoga Pilates

“I truly believe self development is one of the greatest gifts that we can give ourselves. I recently attended a workshop that was set-up by Susan Cuda owner of Namaste Yoga. Susan runs a beautiful healing yoga center and runs self development workshops on a regular basis. Karen Carey and Mary Alice Stuart presented the workshop I attended. They made everyone feel special and own their amazing gifts. They encouraged us to accept where we were, commit to deciding what we want our life to look like - and create a plan to accomplish our goals. Everyone was so glad they attended this powerful workshop. Thank you to Susan for setting up workshops to help people build their confidence to have success in their personal and professional lives.” — Patti M.
